It opened my eyes in terms of improvement and quality ideas to adapt and apply them in my country.

Students visited the BMW Motorcycles factory in Berlin. The visit included a historical background talk on the motor company and a tour guide through the production line, which included automation and technical as well as mechanical equipment.

The dedication and passion towards their work by BMW employees inspired students to aim high. Many students are now also hoping to find a job opportunity with the firm.

One student said: “It was the first time I visited a company outside of my home country. BMW Motorrad had shown me what the top-notch standard is for an auto/motorbike production company within German standards. As a result, it opened my eyes in terms of improvement and quality ideas to adapt and apply them in my country. I wish we had more time here”.
