Ioana Tudor serves as the Study Advisory Manager at Gisma University of Applied Sciences, where she leads and empowers a team of Programme Consultants focused on student recruitment and international market growth. Through her strategic guidance and commitment to service excellence, Ioana plays a key role in advancing Gisma’s mission to deliver high-quality, globally oriented education and support a vibrant, multicultural student community in Germany.
Before transitioning into the higher education sector, Ioana gained extensive experience in sales and financial operations through roles at renowned global organisations including HP and Carnival Cruise Lines. In these positions, she managed key client accounts across multiple regions, building a strong foundation in customer engagement, operational efficiency, and international business management.
With her cross-industry expertise and passion for student success, Ioana continues to drive impactful results that strengthen Gisma’s presence and growth on the global stage.
