Eloise Capet
Eloise Capet is Director of Employer Partnerships & Employability at Gisma University of Applied Sciences, where she leads the strategic development of employer engagement and ensures strong alignment between academic programmes and the evolving needs of the German and wider European job market.
With over 15 years of experience across leading European higher education institutions, including the Sorbonne and Paris-Dauphine Universities, she has developed and delivered high-impact employability strategies that strengthen corporate ecosystems, enhance institutional partnerships, and improve graduate outcomes at scale.
Her expertise lies in building structured talent pipelines, designing industry-aligned career pathways, and fostering long-term collaborations with global organisations such as BNP Paribas, SAP, Adidas, eBay, and AWS. Through this work, she has significantly increased employer engagement and contributed to consistently strong graduate placement performance in highly competitive international markets.
In her current role at Gisma, she is also contributing to the development of the Corporate Solutions Unit and supporting the Corporate Advisory Board with data-driven employability insights. This supports Gisma’s broader ambition to position itself as a tech-driven, employer-connected business school in Germany.
Eloise is passionate about innovation in higher education, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion, employability transformation, and the integration of digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance student career readiness. She is fluent in French, English, and German, and is actively engaged in Berlin’s innovation and education ecosystem.
