Eloise Capet
Eloise Capet is Director of Employer Partnerships & Employability at Gisma University of Applied Sciences, where she leads the development of strategic employer partnerships and drives the alignment between academic programmes and the evolving needs of the German and European job market.
With over 15 years of experience across leading European institutions, including Sorbonne and Paris-Dauphine Universities, she has built a strong track record in designing high-impact employability strategies, strengthening corporate ecosystems, and accelerating graduate outcomes.
Eloise specialises in structuring talent pipelines, developing industry-aligned career tracks, and fostering long-term partnerships with global organisations such as BNP Paribas, SAP, Adidas, eBay and AWS. Her work has contributed to significantly increasing employer engagement and achieving strong graduate placement rates in competitive international markets.
At Gisma, she is actively contributing to the development of the Corporate Solutions Unit and will support the Corporate Advisory Board with relevant employability data, supporting the institution’s ambition to position itself as a tech-driven, employer-connected business school in Germany.
She is passionate about innovation in higher education, diversity and inclusion, and the integration of digital and AI-driven tools to enhance student employability. Eloise is fluent in French, English and German, and is actively engaged in Berlin’s innovation ecosystem.
