UE and GISMA hold Annual Experience Exchange with local authorities

On Wednesday 19 June, GISMA, together with the University of Applied Sciences Europe, hosted the Annual Experience Exchange of universities organised by the Foreigners Office in Berlin and Brandenburg. Around 90 participants including representatives from both Foreigners Offices, engaged in lively discussions about their experiences

In Berlin, the Foreigners Office is responsible for issuing residence permits for the purpose of studying, study preparation, and language courses aimed at university graduates looking for employment.

After a discussion and Q&A session, the participants were invited to share more personal anecdotes and experiences over coffee, cake and snacks. As it has done for many years, the annual event brought people working in the educational sector closer together and kept encouraging everyone to keep working hard for fostering international education.
