Job profile

  • Reporting of debtors financial situation
  • Debtors Data analysis and Improvement of Data Quality
  • To file/ save and improve all students related financial documents
  • Contacting students via calls/ e-mails to in purpose of reminding about payments
  • Negotiating with students regarding their payment-related issues
  • Assist students and staff with all debtors related queries
  • In addition to overseeing the smooth running of communication between departments and
  • To ensure the information on the student base is up-to-date and correct
  • Dealing with student’s payment plans, providing administrative support
  • Other activities as required to support the Finance team and the wider operation in delivery
  • including holiday and absence cover for the other team members

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience (Job-specific)

  • Master’s degree
  • Competent in MS Office Software, especially MS Excel (intermediate and above level)
  • Able to analyse data and present information in a clear manner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Positive and intuitive approach to problem-solving
  • A flexible approach to working and the ability to cope with frequently changing environments
