Prof. Dr. Varun Gupta is a Professor at Gisma University of Applied Sciences, Potsdam, Germany. He also serves as the Head of the Multidisciplinary Research Centre for Innovations in SMEs (MrciS) at Gisma.

John joined Gisma University of Applied Sciences in October 2019 as Head of Marketing. Prior to joining Gisma, John has held various marketing, product, and project focused roles in corporate healthcare and banking organisations in the UK. John holds a Master’s in International Marketing from The University of Law Business School. He is now based between Berlin and London, working closely with both the campus teams and corporate teams at Global University Systems.

Nicolo is a dynamic sales leader, esteemed startups advisor, and a distinguished Marketing Professor, recognized for his expertise in scaling businesses and driving innovation in the digital realm. With a proven track record as an ex-startup founder, he has secured funding from industry giants like Sequoia and notable angel investors such as Jason Calacanis, marking his entrepreneurial journey with remarkable success.

Tina Roso has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world, specialising in general management, strategic marketing development, brand development and markets development.

Yannis Salavopoulos is a University Lecturer at Gisma University of Applied Sciences alongside at other German Business Universities. Moreover, he has given seminars, lectures and workshops at other Business Universities in Germany, UK, Switzerland, Greece (e.g. Imperial College London, York University, Geneva Business School and etc.).

Arvind Sinha is an Electrical Engineer who has been working in Germany for a decade. He transitioned to the field of Advanced Computing and then to management, obtaining MBAs in Marketing Management and Finance and Strategy.

Dr. Ghadeer Khartabiel is an accomplished academic and educator specialising in Business Analytics and Econometrics. She joined Gisma University of Applied Sciences in November 2024 as an Associate Professor and Programme Director for the Foundation Course.  Dr. Ghadeer holds a PhD in Economics from Universiti Malaysia Perlis and an MSc in Economics from the University

Viktoria Tiltmann is a dedicated Psychological Counsellor, committed to fostering student well-being, resilience, and personal growth. Born in Germany, she pursued her academic journey in the Netherlands, earning both a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Positive Clinical Psychology and Technology from the University of Twente. Her education provided a strong foundation in both traditional clinical psychology and the application of innovative psychological interventions.
