Geschäftsbedingungen – Refer a Friend
Through the Gisma Refer a Friend Scheme, current students can refer a friend or family member to study an academic programme at GISMA for a discount of up to 500 € on both their tuition fees. See below for full terms and conditions.
Eligibility criteria for first reward
To be eligible to Refer a Friend Scheme you must be either:
1.1. a current Gisma student
OR
1.2 an enquirer/applicant for a course at Gisma on or before the intake of your referee.
Other criteria
2.1 Be eligible to be referred, the referred party must not have submitted any enquiry or application or have enrolled on a course awarded by Gisma University of Applied Sciences or Kingston University, before they are referred using the form here.
2.2 All referrals must be made online on our website. No other forms of referral will be accepted.
2.3 To receive the 500 € tuition fee discount, the referred party must have enrolled onto an undergraduate or a postgraduate course, be outside of any money back guarantee period and Gisma must have received the deposit and the first instalment towards their tuition fees.
2.4 This offer is not open to students who are company sponsored.
2.5 Gisma retains the right to remove this offer without notice.
2.6 If after receiving the discount if the referrer / referee fails to keep up with the payment plan, Gisma reserves the right to revoke the discount.
2.8 To be eligible for the discount the claim should be made prior to or within 1 month of the referred party’s 1st instalment payment.
2.9 The referred student’s admissions process will be handled by the Gisma Direct Recruitment team.
2.10 If the referring student was originally recruited by a third-party agent, no additional commission will be paid to the agent.
Non-academic programmes
The Refer a Friend scheme also applies for Gisma Language School courses: A €500 tuition fee discount is available for referrals onto our Gisma Language School courses.
Issue of rewards
The confirmation on the reward will be issued via email after the Refer A Friend Scheme application has been approved and all conditions have been met.
After the discount is approved, both the referrer and referee will receive a new payment plan with adjusted instalments.

Both referrer and referee will be notified when the Refer a Friend Scheme form is submitted. By completing the form, the referrer agrees to be contacted by Gisma regarding this offer. If the referee is not interested in studying with us, we will not contact them again or keep their details on file.
