Nigina Tawakalsada
Nigina Tawakalsada is the Chancellor and Managing Director at Gisma University of Applied Sciences. She brings over nine years of experience in operations, leadership, and financial management.
Previously, Nigina served as Campus Manager at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences’ Potsdam Campus, where she spearheaded the development of infrastructure and was instrumental in supporting the non-academic needs of students. She also managed several large operational teams at UE/GUS Germany GmbH.
Nigina began her career in the commercial hospitality industry, where she developed her expertise in managing complex operations and diverse teams. At Gisma, she continues to drive operational excellence and enhance the educational experience, combining innovation with a steadfast commitment to quality.
