Franziska Gerle joined Gisma University of Applied Sciences in November 2023 as the HR Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience in human resources garnered from various roles across Germany. Her diverse background in HR contributes significantly to her comprehensive understanding of the sector.
In her role at Gisma, Franziska is pivotal in driving key HR functions such as Recruitment, Personnel Management, and Employee Relations. Her expertise is instrumental in not only attracting but also nurturing top-tier talent, fostering a workplace culture that is innovative, inclusive, and geared towards excellence.
Franziska holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the prestigious Freie Universität Berlin. Her academic grounding adds a unique depth to her professional expertise, blending economic insights with HR practices.
