Role Summary:
Assist the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing in the creation of the both online and offline marketing campaigns including but not limited to creating and optimising email marketing campaigns, producing promotional material such as brochures, factsheets, digital ad copy and creatives, managing the content of the website and maintaining healthy relationships with the wider marketing team: PPC team, SEO team, Affiliates Team, Copywriters, Designers and Developers. Work with the Marketing Manager to grow paid social campaigns and help manage the international Paid Social team, continuously improving KPIs such as lead volume, lead quality, and conversion rate. Own the content creation for organic social media and work closely with the Social Media Executive to grow the brand. Promote on-campus events in cooperation with relevant stakeholders. Foster a collaborative relationship between students and the marketing team, resulting in a steady flow of student-generated content across multiple marketing channels. Continually display in-depth knowledge of marketing good practice and translating ideas across all channels, in line with lead targets and ROI.
The Marketing Specialist will also take a hands-on role in measuring ROI, ensuring that campaigns are optimised and completed on time as well as tracked and monitored.
