For our campus in Berlin, Germany, we are looking for a full-time (40h/week)

HR Manager (m/w/d)

to start immediately.

 

Job profile:

  • Recruitment of new employees: creation of job advertisements and job profiles, advertising on job platforms and with external personnel service providers
  • Implementation of and carrying out on- and off-boarding processes
  • Preparation of reports for the management
  • Departmental or group-wide project tasks in the HR area
  • Communication of HR practices and processes
  • Central point of contact for employee questions on HR topics
  • Preparation and administration of all HR documents (employment contracts, renewals, promotions, references, resignations, etc.)
  • Contact person for the external payroll office
  • Maintenance of personnel data

You:

  • Commercial training or completed university degree (bachelor's/master's/diploma) in a relevant subject or comparable qualification, career changers welcome
  • Several years of professional experience in an HR function or management position related to HR
  • Accurate, structured, independent, and reliable way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German as well as very good English skills are mandatory
  • High flexibility and motivation to work with people in a dynamic company
  • Strong service orientation and hands-on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with international teams and own international experience desirable
