For our campus in Berlin, Germany, we are looking for a full-time (40h/week)

Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator (m/w/d)

to start immediately.

You are a self-motivated and ambitious individual with experience in a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organisational skills are essential to this role. You will have good time management and excellent multi-tasking skills and possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player. When dealing with internal and external decision-makers, you are always confident, competent, friendly and communicate in a targeted manner.

 

Job profile:

  • Support of the Senior Team in its daily management tasks, organization and administration
  • Monitoring and support of projects, and independent handling of specific projects (taking charge of planning, organising and managing projects from beginning to end)
  • Track, document and report project progress
  • Assess and improve upon new and existing processes, documentation and reports
  • Complex diary management, including scheduling of meetings and prioritising appointments
  • Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, supervisory board and committee meetings and conferences, participation in general meetings, preparation of relevant documents with the support of the central functions and by collecting information from and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of analyses, reports and decision papers
  • Ensuring the flow of information between the Senior Management and other positions in the company

You:

  • Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification
  • 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable position
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, diligence, and discretion
  • Very good communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • German skills desirable, but not a must
  • Experience working in a culturally diverse environment
