About

Prof. Dr. Petya Dankova holds a PhD in Economics and Management, an MSc in Psychological Counselling, along with a professional qualification in pedagogy. She is a permanent faculty member at GISMA Business School and teaches modules on HRM & international HRM, cognitive psychology and leadership, personal development and self-management as well as corporate social responsibility and business ethics.

Prior to joining GISMA, Dr. Dankova undertook positions such as Vice-rector of International Cooperation and Project Management at the University of Economics Varna, Human Resource Management Consultant at Micromax Ltd. and Human Resource Marketing Specialist at E.ON Bulgaria.

Dr. Dankova has extensive experience in international project management, including the Erasmus scheme, having worked on projects funded by the European Commission. Additionally, she has worked with the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs as well as the Bulgarian Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.

Dr. Dankova’s research focusses on the diverse problems of human relations in business, as well as on corporate social responsibility and business ethics.
