Iana Kravchenko joined GISMA in 2019 as Career Centre Coordinator. She supports students achieve their goals by conducting career training and coaching sessions.

Iana holds a Master’s in Intercultural Communication Studies from European University Viadrina and relocated to Germany after working within higher education in Ukraine.

She has additional qualifications in design thinking and intercultural training and is passionate about learning new languages.
