Ethno-marketing workshop

On Wednesday, guest speaker Maria Luisa Mariscal de Körner conducted an Ethno-Marketing vs Diversity Management Seminar for GISMA students as part of the Career Centre’s professional development programme. Maria is an expert in international corporate law as well as diversity and immigration law.


Ethno-marketing is a way of reaching consumers from international backgrounds. GISMA students learnt how to recognize new intercultural markets and their potential for business.


The exercises and team work helped them to reflect on their own cultural values. The training also complemented students’ knowledge on diversity management, which they have gained during their MBA programme.
