Prof Dr Eric Kearney

Prof. Dr Eric Kearney is the Chair for Leadership, Organization and HRM at the University of Potsdam, Germany. He has taught at numerous universities around the world, including Leibniz Universität Hannover, Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt Universität Berlin, Purdue University in the US, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and FGV in Rio de Janeiro.


Prof Dr Eric Kearney graduated with a Master’s in Psychology from the Freie Universität in Berlin. Afterwards, he received his PHD at Technische Universität Berlin. Since then he is giving lectures at different Universities such as University of Potsdam, Leibniz University and GISMA Business School.


Prof Dr Kearney’s research on team management and leadership has been published in leading journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organisational Research Methods, and Organisation Science.


His teaching fields at GISMA are Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Theory, Intercultural Management and Leadership.
