Dr Mark Young

Dr Mark Young is an independent consultant, trainer, writer and lecturer on mediation and negotiation skills for individuals or organizations. As the president of the company Rational Games, Inc, he has served clients in the public and private sectors in the US, UK, and Germany since 2000.

Biography

Dr Mark Young gained his doctorate at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, and has written numerous publications on business ethics and decision making.


Before becoming president of Rational Games, he served as a corporate lending officer at Chase Manhattan Bank, a strategic consultant at McKinsey & Company, a partner at Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance, and a trade negotiator in the US Department of Commerce.


He teaches Ethics and Negotiation at GISMA Business School.
