Dr. Fotis Papageorgiou has studied Psychology, Philosophy and Politics in Greece and the UK. He has held senior management posts in the Transnational Higher Education industry for years, most notably at Metropolitan College, Greece. Dr. Fotis is mainly interested in articulating and implementing compelling international partnership frameworks, particularly within cross-institutional and multi-campus settings. He focuses on creating structures of meaningful and enduring academic management, successfully addressing questions about the effectiveness and relevance of higher education. Dr. Fotis serves as GISMA’s Director of Berlin Campus and Partner Programmes.
