BSc (Hons) Digital Business Management

The BSc (Hons) Digital Business Management is awarded by The University of Law and delivered at GISMA’s Berlin campus.


By comparing theory with practice, this course will equip students with the knowledge and skills to succeed in today’s digitally-orientated business world.

Students will gain a fundamental understanding of core areas such as digital and social media marketing, digital transformation, project management and information systems, and data analytics. The programme will also cover the role of these key concepts within businesses.

As this sector is continuously changing, it is important to be aware of emerging disciplines. This course will keep students up-to-date with the latest trends while developing their leadership and decision-making skills. Upon completion of the course, students will have progressed professionally and personally, ready to secure employment in the field of business management.

Foundation

Students have the option to start at a foundation level, which will provide them with the necessary introductory business knowledge for undergraduate studies.

They will also develop skills in presenting, critical analysis, problem-solving and team building, all of which are attributes that future employers will seek out.

All modules carry 20 credits, apart from the Sector Internship / Sector Project / Sector Dissertation which carries 60 credits.

Flexible payment plan

GISMA offers flexible payment plans that allow you to spread the cost of your programme across multiple instalments. For example:

  • Deposit of €2,000 is required to start
  • 1st instalment - €3,333
  • 2nd instalment - €3,333
  • 3rd instalment - €3,333

Students will be eligible for a discount of 0.5% off the total fee if the payment of the entire tuition fee is completed before the first instalment due date.

Please note that all payment plans are suggested only. A specific payment plan for you can be agreed with GISMA and only the deposit is the fixed amount that is required. Students can spread out the payments as they like, as long as this is in line with the payment date deadlines.

Entry requirements

Full-time with foundation: 

  • 32 UCAS points from the equivalent of one A Level or 40 UCAS points from the equivalent of two A Levels
  • A Level equivalents to the UCAS point requirements are either one A Level at grade C or two A Levels with grades DE
  • 5 GCSEs at A-C (9-4) grade including English, and Grade D (4) or above in Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
  • An English language level equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above with a minimum of 5.5 in each component (or an English waiver letter)

Full-time without foundation: 

  • Grades BBC at A Level; and Grade C or grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent qualifications)
  • An English language level equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above with a minimum of 5.5 in each component (or an English waiver letter)

Language requirements may be waived if the student has conducted previous studies in English.
