Grenoble MIB is aimed at pre-experience level students aspiring to build an international career in business, marketing, finance and management related areas. The programme develops management skills and gives a competitive advantage in the international labour market. Accreditations and rankings

The Grenoble MIB is offered at GISMA Business School in Berlin. The programme is delivered and awarded by the triple-accredited* Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), an honour shared by less than 1% of the world’s elite business schools.
GEM’s triple accreditation includes:

Who is the Grenoble MIB for?

The Grenoble MIB is ideal for anyone aiming to succeed in the world of business, especially those looking to learn a foreign language in order to broaden their prospects, as the programme offers the opportunity to do so.


Students will study French language (beginners to advanced level), as an integral part of the Grenoble MIB programme.


The Grenoble MIB is completed over two years, with the second year entirely devoted to the completion of the final management project (FMP). The FMP can be completed in parallel with an internship or full-time employment.

What will you learn?

The Grenoble MIB is a full-time programme with a syllabus covers all core aspects of management, taught with an international perspective. Year one will offer insight into all essential areas of international business, while second year will solely consist of the International Management Project.


Over the duration of the course, students will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to secure employment in their chosen sector, broadening their chance of success in an international corporation.

Final Management Project

  • The second year of the programme is dedicated to the FinalManagement Project conducted under the supervision of a tutor. This is an applied or theoretical research project that can be completed at a distance and in parallel with full-time employment or an approved internship. Students are encouraged to choose a subject related to their preferred career.
