GISMA and SDA Bocconi School of Management celebrate partnership

On Wednesday 7th June, GISMA Business School and SDA Bocconi School of Management celebrated the launch of a partnership that will bring world class executive education to Berlin.

Representatives from both schools came together for a networking evening and panel discussion at the GISMA Berlin campus. The event was called ‘The Power of Networks’, reflecting the focus of the four programmes which will now be offered through the new collaboration.

Mélissa Probst, responsible for Executive Education at GISMA, moderated the presentations from Dr Thorsten Thiel, Managing Director of GISMA;  Professor Gabriele Troilo, Associate SDA Dean, Open Markets and New Business Division; and a keynote speech by Giuseppe Soda, SDA Bocconi Dean.

The presentations offered valuable insights, followed by a lively panel discussion and Q&A session. Attendees included delegates from the Italian Embassy and Italian Chamber Of Commerce, current and prospective students, and guests and alumni from both schools.

This was the first event on GISMA’s new campus, and attendees took full advantage of the lounge, lecture halls, and tours of the facilities.

GISMA and SDA Bocconi look forward to a successful partnership and are excited to offer the following courses from this autumn:

  • Start-Up Finance
  • Getting Things Done: The Role of Informal Networks
  • Leading Multinational Teams
  • International Negotiation
