The 22-month Executive MBA program (IMM) at GISMA Business School consists of five modules, with each module featuring a 2-week residency. Each of the five modules consists of the following sessions:
Students are allocated credit hours for each course successfully completed. An IMM student must have a total of 48 credit hours in order to graduate.
For efficient communication among students and professors across multiple geographical locations, a dedicated website provides ready access to course materials and a discussion forum, as well as contact details for all participants.
The IMM provides an attractive and flexible alternative to traditional part-time executive MBA programs requiring regular evening and weekend attendance. Thanks to the IMM’s concentrated on-campus phases, students from all over the world can participate, facilitating extensive cross-cultural interaction.
The curriculum covers the entire scope of corporate business and managerial expertise. All courses have a strong real-world focus, with major emphasis placed on problem-solving and decision-making processes. Extensive use is made of case studies and experiential teaching methods.
Each new IMM class starts in March with a five-day orientation period on campus at Purdue University (USA). This gives participants a chance to get acquainted with one other and their professors, take an initial look at the coursework ahead and familiarize themselves with using the common IMM website.
