The student body at GISMA Business School consists of young professionals aged 28 on average. They come from all around the world and their linguistic and professional diversity culminate in a communicative, open-minded atmosphere.
As a small, innovative school with limited enrollment, GISMA Business School offers the close interaction with professors and friendly and supportive staff which make it easy for new students to quickly feel at home in the GISMA family.
MBA classes at GISMA Business School consist of a maximum of 60 students from more than 20 different countries each year – students whose professional backgrounds are as diverse as their nationalities.

The full-time MBA curriculum consists of five modules of eight weeks each. At the beginning of each module students are assigned to teams which remain together for the duration of the module, solving problems and mastering assignments while acquiring and applying the same communication and teamwork skills which are essential in the real business world.
While working in culturally rich teams, students are exposed to perspectives and value systems which differ from their own, thus widening their horizons and ideally equipping them for cross-cultural business encounters.
