A world-class team of instructors are the cornerstones of the academic program at GISMA Business School. In addition to helping students acquire the necessary skills and know-how to become tomorrow’s business leaders, they are dedicated to providing a positive learning experience. This means moving beyond typical lectures and exams to leverage a variety of other teaching methods such as experiential exercises, discussions, computer simulations, consulting projects and inspirational field trips.

GISMA has the luxury of combining the advantages of having access to the faculty of two renowned public universities (the Krannert School of Management of Purdue University and the Faculty of Economics and Management of Leibniz Universität Hannover) with the ability to select teaching faculty by performance. The three faculty members that currently work at GISMA fulltime have been selected on a basis of high research level, professional experience as well as highest teaching quality.
