Since the increase of general leadership competence and the promotion of individual corporate culture, aside from imparting pure seminar content, plays a key role for the success of any kind of further education program, GISMA places emphasis on tailormade company seminars that are as far as possible conveyed appropriate to the agreed goals in closed groups. The gain in learning-transfer and the additional networking effects achieved by this are clearly superior to individually booked seminars.
The starting point here is mostly the offer of a selection of successfully tested and proven seminar modules that can be combined, depending on the requirements of the company, to a well-rounded comprehensive program or can be done as stand-alone seminars in particular cases.
After determining the basic topics and key elements and then selecting the appropriate modules these will be adjusted and tailored in content and methodology to the needs of the target group.
The selection of the trainers, with their relevant background experience and knowledge of the business field, is also individually tailored to the company concerned. This includes their very intensive preparation for the customer, who has previously agreed with decision makers the topics and key points, the choice of examples and case studies to be used as well as the possibility of trainers dedicating themselves to specific teams and their wishes.
As previously mentioned, after pre-defining the basic topics and key content as well as the selection of the appropriate modules, they are adjusted to the company requirements and to the needs of the target group.
In this way a unique program always emerges from modular building blocks, a program that is only provided in this form to your company and one which ensures that you receive exactly what you need. Ideally the topics will be combined out of the basic modular blocks into two or three-day seminars that can be run in a participant group at intervals of several weeks to months.
Before, during and after the seminar program we maintain a continuous exchange of information with our customers in order to be able to react, if needed, to changed requirements and key content as well as to monitor the quality of the programs. If the program is repeated for another group, any experience made can immediately be integrated.
