Our curricular offerings and practical experiences put junior managers from around the world in touch with a network of export-minded, internationally operating companies whose home base is Germany.
The GISMA curriculum takes its cues from challenges faced by today’s corporations, with a major emphasis on teaching practical skills. Case studies, group assignments and simulations are all among the experiential methods used to ensure that students are exposed to a maximum of intercultural, interdisciplinary teamwork and problem-solving with practical relevance.
GISMA gives its students insight into its partnering companies through excursions, guest speakers, student consulting projects, a job fair, and its dedicated alumni.
GISMA students add experience with globally operating companies such as Siemens, Volkswagen, Continental, Airbus etc. to their CV while studying at GISMA and by starting to work with them after graduation.
